Timetable 2018 process is underway

The timetable process for 2018 is well underway.

We have distributed confirmation letters to students with the outcomes of their 2018 electives based on their selections made in term 3. For most students, all elective choices made were successful, while for others, we referred to their reserve list.

The arrangements of subject lines were based on a new timetable system that the Department has developed for next year. As this is the first time this timetable system has been used, we have also created a second timetable using another program as a ‘backup’ in the event the new system does not provide a workable timetable. The subjects on offer are the same but for a small number of students, the subjects will vary.   The results so far in the two systems have been very close but there are some minor differences.

Students have been given the subject choices for this backup system.

There will be an opportunity to change elective subjects in the first three weeks of Term 1 in 2018, subject to available places in each class.

If students have any questions on their selections or if there is something missing, they have been asked to see their respective supervising deputy principal as soon as possible.
