Forensic Archaeology goes to Court

On Monday, 5th June Year 10 Forensics set off for their day in court. Students experienced real courtroom drama with drink driving offences and assault cases before the court. They were lucky enough to have the public prosecutor speak to them about the case before the court, court procedures and the layout of the court.

Students visited Sutherland court in preparation for their mock trial where they will try one of the suspects in the unsolved ‘Jack the Ripper’ case. An enjoyable and informative day was had by all.
