On Tuesday 3 December Year 8 enjoyed a wonderful fun-filled afternoon at Caringbah YMCA. This excursion gave them the opportunity to work together and strengthen relationships and support for one another.
Students participated in a range of group and individual physical activities and challenges that required them to co-operate, communicate and work together in order to succeed. There was much excitement, enthusiasm, laughter and fun as all year 8 spent the afternoon jumping, climbing, balancing and swinging on the different equipment.
Congratulations to each and every student, they each demonstrated high levels of engagement, enthusiasm and encouragement of eachother. Many thanks to Ms Heath who organised the day and to Ms Foreshew, Mr Vamvakaris and Ms Smith who supervised and helped make this wonderful experience possible.
