The Year 11 Business Plan Challenge is a competition designed to encourage business thinking among high school students run by the University of Newcastle. Students select a new or existing product/service and develop a business plan that innovatively delivers the product/service to the market. The business plans include information about their research on developing and marketing their product as well as the relevant financial and human resource implications. Students gain valuable insight into the interesting opportunities that await them in the business world.
This year Gymea Technology Students had a great result. With 454 entries submitted Adam Hristodoulou’s submission was deemed to be in the top 20 entries in the state and was awarded a High Distinction. Congratulations Adam, an excellent achievement!
