Year 10 Forensic Archaeology went on an excursion to the Justice & Police Museum last Friday. The excursion was organised to support their study of judicial processes and the use of evidence. Students learnt about real Australian crimes including the Pyjama Girl Mystery and the kidnapping of Graeme Thorne. They also saw evidence used in criminal cases along with a special presentation on safe-cracking. Students then took part in a mock trial in the magistrates court.
A pleasant and informative day was enjoyed by all of the students.
