Our talented year 10 drama students with the help of their teacher Ms Osborne worked extremely hard put together a professional and hugely successful production of “Hating Alison Ashley”. This year marks the 30th Anniversary of Robin Klein’s classic Australian novel and our drama students performed a run of three shows to celebrate this milestone. The play captures the quintessential elements of Australian school life such as competitive friendships, family relationships, caricatured teachers and school camps with quirk and candour
The two-hour production was presented to primary schools and a wider audience of students, staff, family and friends. It was a great team effort, everyone worked very hard and it was a real buzz and inspiring to see their energy, enthusiasm and talent so well appreciated by their audiences.
